Enjoy a full-day excursion to My Tho, a peaceful town on the bank of Mekong River. The tour comprises a cruise on the Mekong River, a visit to orchards and local homes, a sampan ride on palm-shaded creeks, a taste of seasonal fruit & honey tea and a performance of traditional southern singing. Lunch of fresh Mekong specialties is arranged. Return to Saigon in the late afternoon. End of service.

Program 2 : Mekong delta, with Cai Be Floating Market
(Trip of 1 day from Sai Gon)
 SAIGON– CAIBE FLOATING MARKET – SAI GON
Departure for Mekong delta, an immense and fertile plain that constitutes a basket rice of Vietnam. We arrive at Cai Be, take a boat trip along the mighty Mekong River and its tributaries to view the daily lives of people who work and play on the waterways of the Mekong Delta. The trip includes a visit to the unique "floating" market at Cai Be, and to a family-run business producing rice paper- a key ingredient in Vietnamese cuisine. Lunch is on an island mid-river, in a local house set amongst fruit orchards and bonsai trees, and then followed by a performance of traditional Vietnamese music. Drive to Saigon (Seasonally, on the way to the Mekong Delta, we can enjoy peaceful scenes of farmers seeding, ploughing, and harvesting the rice crop). End of service.

Day 2: CAN THO- CAI RANG FLOATING MARKET - SAI GON
Enjoy an early morning boat ride on the Mekong River to the bustling Cai Rang floating market- one of the three biggest in the Mekong Delta. The shops and stalls at these markets are boats of different sizes. Cai Rang Floating Market is open all day but it is busiest from sunrise to about 9am. The main items sold there are farm products and local specialties. Taste seasonal fruit at a verdant orchard. Check out from the hotel and return to Saigon. Lunch at local restaurant. End of service.
