Paradise Cruises consists of a young enthusiastic Team of hospitality fanatics, let by his Swiss General Manager who lives since 2003 in Vietnam. If he is not onboard of one of our Vessels, you will meet him by arriving on Tuan Chau Island.

Children Policy:
 Only one child under 5 years old can share the cabin with parents, free of charge.
 Children aged from 6-11 share cabin with two adults on mattress is charged at US$84/child/night, limiting to one child per booking only.
 Children from 12 years old will be charged as the same as adults.
Liability Conditions:
- Paradise Cruises is a cruise operator and as such passengers may encounter personal and physical discomfort or risks. Paradise Cruises expects every passenger to board the vessel to fully understand the risks involved and is prepared to accept that those risks form part of the nature of the charter. Management and Crew of the vessel undertake to provide every possible and reasonable precaution and to take all due care in the course of its operation, however, responsibility for illness, accident, death or property damage or loss, lies with the passenger.
- Paradise Cruises will also not be held liable for any breach of contract caused directly or indirectly by civil unrest, an act of God or natural disaster, force majeure, industrial dispute or war.

- Cruise schedules are subject to change without prior notice.
- Advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number, visa expiry date for all passengers.
- Surcharge of 25% will be added for cruises on December 24 & 31 and Lunar New Year Eve.
- A valid passport is required upon check-in on board. Children whose traveling documents are attached to parent’s passport must travel with the parent.
- Credit cards accepted on board: Amex, Visa and MasterCard.
